It's that time of year when the leaves are falling and the temperature drops. The days become darker and there are less opportunities to shoot in perfect daylight. Personally, I think it's a much better time of year for photographing the streets. The summer may be bright and warm but nothing beats the autumn russets of orange, yellow and red to pop that image.

I went for a short walk this week after the school run, to shoot the streets of my village. The trees are shedding their leaves and are covering the floor in multi-colour blankets of rot. All very pretty.
